Not every tool shown here is crucial to making a great loaf of bread—in fact, you can make do with far fewer items—but these are all of the things that I’ve collected over time and have found make my process easier. Many of the items come at various price points, but in general, you don’t need the most expensive version to still turn out beautiful, delicious bread.
